Exclusive Pool Access
Have the pool to yourselves and book exclusive access at our newly refurbished school pool!
Thanks to the community's incredible fundraising efforts, we now have a fantastic outdoor, warm pool. By booking a session at the pool, you’re not only having fun but continuing to support St Mary’s and our children's education.
Key Information
Note that there is currently no access to changing rooms onsite.
Price and Capacity:
- £65 per one-hour session.
- The prices includes a supervisor from the school and a lifeguard.
- Pool capacity is 20 bathers.
Supervision:
- The ratio of swimming children to adults is 10:1, not including the lifeguard.
- Non-swimmers and weak swimmers must be accompanied by an adult in the pool.
Site Rules:
- No food allowed on-site.
- Only drinks in water bottles are permitted.
- Babies must wear a double layer swim nappy system.
If You Can’t Attend:
- We ask that you cancel your hire at least the day before, to allow others the chance to book. Use 'Manage Ticket' on the booking page.
- If you're unable to attend after this time, please email SwimmingAtStMarys@gmail.com, to let the lifeguard know that you will not be attending.
General:
- No refunds unless the session is cancelled by The Friends of St. Mary's.
- Read and agree to our Pool Information, Procedures, and T&C's before booking.

How To Cancel / Amend A Booking
You can cancel or reschedule a session up until the day before, under the 'Manage Tickets' link on Ticket Tailor.
Follow the link here and you will find the 'Manage Booking' under the 'Buy Tickets' on the right hand side of the screen.
We request that you do cancel a booking in advance as that will open the session to someone else to book.
If you need to cancel after this time then please send an email to SwimmingAtStMarys@gmail.com to let them know that you will not be attending. The supervisor and lifeguard will have access to this and therefore will know not to expect you.
